Ricoh TDC what is it?

The intention is for the TDC to be updatable as RUK Technical Support think is necessary to assist those in the field. Some times there maybe small updates to correct or update simple but important items other times there will be larger updates to add and update manuals and files.
Although we have been testing with both our Helpdesk, Technical Support and Direct Service Field Engineers we are still looking at improving the product and how its delivered so things may change in the future.
